Our well equipped, fitted kitchen at Loch Ma Ben offers all the mod cons and home comforts, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, four slice toaster, kettle and ample storage space, will all go to make self catering that little bit more of a pleasure.

Dining Room

The spacious dining area includes a large 8-seat birch table and chairs and is the perfect setting for evening meals with family and friends.

Living Room

At the heart of Loch Ma Ben is the beautifully spacious, oak floored living room. Sit down kick of your shoes and unwind, enjoying panoramic views over the village of the spectacular Borders' countryside towards the forested slopes of Caddon bank.

Pour yourself a well deserved glass of wine and relax.

Loch Ma Ben offers four bedrooms: two double and two twin. All bedrooms come with clean fresh linen and are equipped with "cozee" mattresses ensuring that you enjoy the perfect night's sleep in preparation for all that your day ahead has in store.

The master bedroom has an en suite with tiled floor/walls and a shower with bifold glass doors.

The bathroom has tiled floor/walls, shower with fold away glass doors and of course a bath for those who want to soak away the day's grime!

Utility Room & Conservatory

We have a separate utility room comprising a sink, washing machine and tumble drier. This area is ideal for cleaning up after long days out biking cycling rambling or just "going wild in the country"

Adjacent to the utility room is a spacious conservatory, which can be used for drying out wet gear, storing bikes, golf clubs and other outdoor clobber.

Perhaps the most unique feature of Loch Ma Ben is the spacious, wild garden rising up to the slopes of Caerlee Hill. The garden is bathed in morning and afternoon sun and is equipped with outdoor furniture for those wanting to enjoy meals alfresco.

There is also a private drive offering parking to the front and rear of the property and a paved area ideal for washing down mud caked mountain bikes.
